#19 of 365: Pressure Cooker Roast

My favorite all time meal: roast beef, potatoes and carrots made in the pressure cooker. My little vegetarian spent the night with a friend tonight, so I made it for dinner! YUM!

    Who's the vegetarian? Grace? Does she dislike the taste of meat or the thoughts behind the meat?

      It's Grace- she became one for animal treatment reasons.
      She sure didn't get it from me, lol! I'm a carnivore. :-)
